Delete it yourself
Sign in on the website or in the app and open your profile. At the bottom, under Zona di peliger, choose Delete bo profil and confirm. Everything listed below is deleted at once.
If you cannot sign in
Email hi@palabradidia.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address of your account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account, your email address and the link to any Apple, Google or Facebook sign-in
- Your username and profile
- All your game results, and with them your streaks and leaderboard places
- Feedback you have sent
- Words you guessed that were not in our word list
After deletion
Deletion is permanent. You can keep playing without an account.
Backups are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 30 days.
The account's results are also removed from the device you delete it on. Games you played there without an account stay. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Palabra di Dia from your Apple ID settings.
